On the eve of the one-year anniversary of the Oct. 7 Hamas attack on Israel, people gathered in Tel Aviv to light candles at a memorial for the victims. The attack, which occurred in 2024, was marked by a bridge in Ramat Gan adorned with the date 7.10. Meanwhile, in Tel Aviv, families and supporters of Israeli hostages held by Hamas in Gaza protested for their return during a meeting between U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and the families. They waved photos of their loved ones and the Israeli and U.S. flags.
