Another professor on the commission, Ognjen Radonjic, said that the work on rebuilding the station was not finished when it was declared safe. Serbia is now obligated to complete the project under a loan agreement with China’s EXIM Bank. Professor Dusan Dobromirov also commented, saying that Chinese subcontractors’ financial reports showed an “arrogant colonialist attitude” towards regulations.
