**Finland Sends 200 Million Euros in Military Aid to Ukraine**
The government of Finland has announced its 28th military aid package for Ukraine. The package is worth around 200 million euros, or $217.4 million.
**What’s Inside the Package?**
Finnish Defense Minister Antti Hakkanen said that the package includes artillery ammunition. He emphasized the need for this type of supply in Ukraine.
**Big Support from Finland**
The minister also stated that there is broad support among Finnish politicians and citizens to help Ukraine.
**Global Situation**
This announcement comes at a time when US President Donald Trump has called on Europe to take more responsibility for Ukraine’s security. However, it’s not clear if European countries will be involved in peace talks.
**Deeper Cooperation**
Finnish Defense Minister Hakkanen signed an agreement with his Ukrainian counterpart Rustem Umerov to deepen defense cooperation between the two countries. The deal covers areas such as sharing intelligence and producing munitions.
**Finland’s Big Help So Far**
Since Russia invaded Ukraine, Finland has given around 2.5 billion euros in military aid. Just a month ago, they pledged an additional 660 million euros.
