**Ukrzaliznytsia Website Down**
The website of Ukraine‘s national rail operator, Ukrzaliznytsia, is not working. This is due to a technical problem, the company said on March 23.
Customers can’t buy tickets online or through the app right now. But they can still get tickets at ticket offices.
Ukrzaliznytsia said in a message that their experts are trying to fix the issue. They apologized for the trouble this is causing.
The reason for the website being down hasn’t been explained yet.
**Trains Were Key Since War Began**
Since Russia invaded Ukraine in February 2022, trains have become one of the main ways people travel within Ukraine and abroad. This is because many airports were closed at that time. As a result, more people needed to use Ukrainian Railways’ services.
Over 600 railway workers have been killed since February 24, 2022.
