**Russian Railway Sabotaged**
A group called Atesh has claimed to have sabotaged a railway line in Russia’s Smolensk Oblast. This disrupted the transport of military cargo towards Bryansk and Kursk.
According to Atesh, an operative destroyed a transformer cabinet on the railway. This caused delays for Russian forces on the front line. The group said this was one of their attacks against Russian targets.
The group has promised to continue striking at Russia’s infrastructure and sharing information with Ukraine’s defense forces. However, the Kyiv Independent cannot confirm these claims.
This is not the first time Atesh has conducted sabotage attacks in Russia or Russian-occupied areas of Ukraine. On March 9, they sabotaged a railway line in occupied Crimea, disrupting Russian supply lines.
