Shalva Papuashvili, the chairperson of the parliament, said that technical government is a violation and an attempt to withdraw the country from the constitutional process.
Salome Zurabishvili, according to him, said that German President Frank Walter Steinmeier welcomed “Georgian Charter”, or the document which envisages the breach of the Constitution.
She also noted that the German side has not provided any explanation as to whether Zurabishvili’s statement is true.”Ms. Salome, during her unauthorized visits, stated that the German President welcomed the “Banana Republic”, a document that Mrs. Salome had drafted. In this document, it states that this country should leave its constitution framework, an unauthorized candidate, Mrs. Salome, should nominate for the position as prime minister, and that it is the spirit of this paper that the Georgians do not have the knowledge, or the skills to elect a government through ordinary elections. Salome, when she was on unauthorized visits, said that during the meeting with the German president, the German president welcomed this “Banana Republic” document, which Mrs. Salome drafted. It is exactly in this document that it states that this country should leave the framework of the constitution, an unauthorized person, Mrs. Salome, should nominate a candidate for the position of prime minister, and it is exactly the spirit of this document that it states that the Georgians do not have the ability, knowledge, or skills to elect the government through ordinary elections, I would appreciate a response to this. I saw some clarifications but they were more evasions rather than answers to my direct question. Shalva Papuashvili said that Mrs. Salome had clearly stated in her statements that the highest representative from the German government welcomed this document, which violates the constitution.
