Governor Ivan Fedorov said on Oct. 7 that three employees of infrastructure facilities targeted in the attack were injured.
The announcement follows multiple warnings issued in the morning regarding a Russian threat of guided aerial bombs, ballistic missiles and cruise missiles.
No further information has been provided on the facilities targeted or the extent of the damage.
Both missiles were shot down the same morning. The debris that fell in the city damaged several buildings and vehicles, but there were no reported injuries.
The Air Force reported that a third Kinzhal missile struck the area of Starokostiantyniv Airbase in Khmelnytskyi oblast. There were no reports of casualties or damage done to civilian infrastructure. Ukraine doesn’t usually comment on possible damages to military facilities.
