**Serbian Policewoman in Trouble for Talking to TV**
A police officer in Serbia is facing disciplinary action. Katarina Petrovic, a major, appeared on N1 TV without permission.
According to the Serbian Internal Affairs Ministry, Petrovic made claims that were not allowed. She said that police officers are being used by authorities and are not doing their job well. This has damaged the reputation of the police ministry.
Petrovic’s statements caused problems for the ministry. They claim she portrayed the police as politicized and unlawful.
This is not the first time Petrovic has faced disciplinary action. Last year, she leaked a report about an incident involving a close friend of Serbia’s president. The report stated that her friend had been involved in a traffic accident while under the influence of alcohol and cocaine.
The ministry also took issue with statements Petrovic made on two TV shows last year. They claim these statements were not allowed.
