MELBOURNE (Australia) (AP), Tuesday, a self-described Nazi became the first person convicted of performing a Nazi salute that is illegal in the Australian state Victoria.
Jacob Hersant (25), gave the salute to the news cameras outside the Victoria County Court in 2023 after he appeared on an unrelated charge. Six days earlier, the Victoria state government had declared the salute illegal.
