Leader of the parliamentary majority Mamuka Mdinaradze says that footage of Elene Khoshtaria‘s torture is too hard to look at.
He wants people who are interested in seeing the footage to go to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The ministry claims to have recorded everything on video.
Mdinaradze thinks that people who don‘t believe Khoshtaria was tortured must be biased. He says that anyone can see the “horrific footage” at the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Khoshtaria said she was physically abused and completely naked at a police station. The Ministry of Internal Affairs claims it followed all necessary procedures, but has video proof.
