**Georgia‘s President Asks for Help**
The President of Georgia, Salome Zurabishvili, has made a plea to several important organizations and governments. She is asking them to support her country in a struggle that she believes will be decisive.
Zurabishvili sent letters to the EU High Representative, the European Commissioner for Enlargement, the Helsinki Commission, the U.S. State Department, the UK government, and the OSCE/ODIHR. In these letters, she asks them to support her country’s efforts towards new elections.
The President believes that it is crucial to have partners who will speak clearly and firmly in favor of new elections. She wants their voices to be unwavering and strong.
