Information: The Constitutional Court of Georgia has not complied with the request for suspension of the law “On Transparency of Foreign Influence”. The court also recognized that the lawsuits submitted were partially admissible. This means that substantive discussions of the cases will begin. The decision of the Constitutional Court states that “the petition of the claimant, pending the final ruling on the case, suspends the validity of disputed norms”.
