The third phase of USAID’s Coding School for Women has concluded

The was funded by USAID’s Employer-Led Workforce Development . Its third phase saw 464 new beneficiaries. This means that a total ,500 women have completed the program. The project culminated with a job fair, which featured 26 with 70 vacant positions. Participants had the chance find their perfect match.
The project, which aims to close the divide gives women valuable skills that will make them more competitive the market. The initiative provides not only seminars to teach these skills, but also creates a network women in STEM that can stimulate more opportunities.
