The plan should include political, military and diplomatic measures to secure Ukraine’s position, and push Russia towards a forced peace.
Mykhailo Podoliak, advisor to the head of the presidential office, announced that Volodymyr Zelenskyy would present the Victory Plan in the next few days to Ukrainians.
The importance of the plan is in coordinating with partners internationally to secure the necessary legal and military mechanisms to achieve Ukraine’s objectives. This plan is meant to be a framework to help both domestic and foreign efforts to end the war as Ukraine continues to defend themselves.
Podoliak announced on Ukrainian television that “the main directions have already been shown, perhaps without numbers. Everything related to political coercion and economic, military, and diplomatic.”
According to him the details and mathematical application will be with partners who “make direct decision on the provision of weapons or certain legal permits, or the execution legal components.”
