Russian strike on Odesa port kills 1, injures 8, damages civilian vessels

Oleh Kiper, the governor of Odesa, reported that Russia had attacked the port infrastructure in southern Odesa with a ballistic rocket on October 14. One person was killed and eight others were injured.
