The amateur tennis championship Lopota Cup, 2024, has concluded after four days of matches. The prize money for the annual tournament, sponsored by Lopota Spa Resort and traditionally bringing together tennis enthusiasts, was increased to GEL 35,000. The prize money was divided between the winners and runners-up, along with other gifts from sponsoring companies. The prize cups were designed by Irakli Tsuladze especially for this event.

Amateur men:
First place (prize of GEL 7,000 worth) – Tarash Kikaleishi
Second place (prize of GEL 5,000 – Zviad Kamakhelidze).
Women (Category B, veteran players)
First place (prize of GEL 3,500): Tinatin Turmanidze
Second place (prize of GEL 2,000 – Chachkhunashvili)
Women (B category, amateur players):
First place (prize of GEL 3,500 – Ana Ramazashvili)
Second place (prize of GEL 2,000): Salome Lomadze
Doubles teams (Pro Am):
First place (prize of GEL 7,000), Teimuraz shengelia and Teimuraz gabashvili
Second place (prize of GEL 5,000), Sandro Svanidze, and Nikolos Acopiani.
In partnership with VR Holding and one of the oldest Georgian brandy producers, ‘Sarajishvii,’ presented a GEL 4,000 gift to Khatia Gogalidze, the winner for the 2023 Lopota cup and the semi-finalist of the 2024 edition.
The tournament was started by Goga Maisuradze a number of years ago. After a break for a couple of years, the tournament will resume in 2022 on a newly constructed and professionally equipped court.
The championship was revived annually with the general sponsors VR Holding & Sarajishvili. Other notable sponsors include Bakuriani Porsche Center Tbilisi World Class Georgia Paul Georgia and ChateauBuera. Georgia Today, Lifestyle Art Rustavi 2 Palitra Media Holding and Interpressnews provide the informational support.
