Peskov’s statements are in line with those of Georgia’s ruling parties, who have repeatedly blamed the West, and leaders including the U.S., the and other Western countries, for trying to influence Georgia’s election campaign and for acting as what they perceive as a “lifeline”, for the ‘s agenda. GD leaders don’t mention Russia when they complain about foreign interference. Instead, they point directly to the West.
