500 new jobs to be created by new hotel in Tsikhisdziri

– Georgia’s First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister – attended the event announcing construction of a new Pullman hotel and residence complex in Tsikhisdziri. The project, which has already attracted $80 million in , is expected boost ‘s prominence as an international tourist destination.
Davitashvili stressed the project’s alignment to the ‘s large scale tourism goals, which is to attract more spending visitors from around the world.
During the construction phase, 500 jobs will be created. Once the hotel is officially opened, 250 permanent positions will be added. The five-star hotel will be by 2028. It is expected that sustainable initiatives, yacht clubs, and goals for the reinstatement of sea passenger transport in Adjara Region will be implemented.
