ABC reported that Australia received its first M1A2 tank in recent weeks. The older tanks can then be transferred to Ukraine.

Defense Industry Minister Pat Conroy will inform his Ukrainian counterpart about the latest support package. Conroy is attending a NATO meeting of defense ministers in Brussels this week.
