The OSCE/ODIHR report confirms what the public already knows. Not only the public but also our activists, the people and even the party members are aware of this. I believe the opposition is as well. There is a calm atmosphere and everyone has the chance to hold elections. The campaign is peaceful, and if anything there are isolated incidents of violence, as OSCE/ODIHR states in its interim report.
According to him the OSCE/ODIHR Report was a disappointment to the opposition which is preparing riots. Therefore, from the second of the report being released, an information storm started to form the desired perceptions by international observers.
