The rallies against “Russian Law” are organized by certain parties and NGOs, as everyone knows.
The Prime Minister stated that this does exclude people who are not affiliated with the parties from participating in these actions.
“These rallies, I repeat, are organized from the beginning to the end by radical opposition parties and their related NGOs. The Prime Minister said that society should, of course draw their own conclusions from this.
