He tells us that, despite the fact 2021 was a challenging year for businesses around the world due to the pandemic in the United States, the OTI team of professionals and their crisis management strategy helped to overcome these challenges.
“We started working in investment, consulting and real estate six years ago when we arrived in Georgia. We chose Georgia because it is easy to set a business. Georgia ranks 6th worldwide in terms of ease of starting a business. We continued to work normally until 2020 when the outbreak began. The pandemic affected all businesses, including ours. However, we are fortunate to have a team that is experienced and qualified and can overcome challenges.
“Our team came with a new solution to avoid the pandemic’s effects and introduced new technologies as well as new ways to communicate with our customers who are mostly outside Georgia. We used new technologies and certain platforms to make it seem like they were in Georgia. Hebashi says that as a result, we are much less affected by coronavirus than other businesses in the same field or others.
OTI Real Estate is one of the few strong companies that remain on the market today.
The co-founder, however, notes that the pandemic changed a lot in business, and it was necessary to introduce new strategies and action plans.

“I have a very strong team and they can overcome any difficulties related to pandemics thanks to their professionalism,” says he.
