Starmer said, “If this is the case, then it shows, in opinion, the level of desperation,” at a press conference.

The United States expressed concern over the reports, while Estonian analysts believe that North Korean participation would not have a significant impact on the situation at front. Biden said that diplomacy is still a powerful tool for addressing the global threat of nuclear weapons, despite the strained relationship with these countries. North announced earlier that it would be increasing its military by 1,4 million people, a significant expansion meant to counter perceived threats from the US or South Korea. The move comes in response to a growing military partnership between North Korea, Russia and rising tensions.
