Anastasia Bobovnikova told the Kyiv Independent that the Russian forces had not “managed” to gain a foothold across the Siverskyi Donets-Donbas Canal in the beleaguered city of Chasiv Yar.
Bobovnikova her comments after DeepState, a crowd-sourced monitoring site, reported on October 17 that Russian forces advanced in ChasivYar.
