During a press conference in Kyiv, the Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha praised France’s active involvement in efforts to repatriate children.
The French Foreign Minister Jean Noel Barrot announced that France would support the establishment of two centers for rehabilitation in Ukraine, for children who were returned to the country following their deportation to Russia.
This is Barrot’s very first visit to Kyiv after the formation of Michel Barnier’s new government. Barrot and Sybiha had met in Paris before this during Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zeleenskyy’s European Tour with his “victory plans.”
