The so-called security Council of occupied Abkhazia decided on October 18 to restrict movement through the Enguri Bridge crossing point between October 23 and 30, during the Parliamentary elections in Georgia, to avoid “possible provocation from radical forces.”
The restriction allows for certain exceptions.
