Eka Gigauri is the executive director of Transparency International Georgia. He has published a video in the social network where it can clearly be seen that a violation occurred in the 69th District of Marneuli. The video shows, in particular, a person hurling several ballots into a ballot box.
According to Nino Lomjaria of “Georgia’s European Orbit”, a person who took the photo of the votes was also physically assaulted.
