**Prosecutor‘s Office Requests Restraining Order for Mamuka Khazaradze**
The Prosecutor’s Office has asked the court to stop Mamuka Khazaradze from doing certain things. This was announced by Irakli Kupradze, a leader of the group “Lelo – Strong Georgia”.
A hearing will take place on April 2 at 13:00 in Tbilisi City Court. Judge Arsen Kalatozishvili will be presiding over the case.
Kupradze wrote on Facebook that the Prosecutor’s Office is trying to stop Khazaradze quickly, after he was charged with not following a request from Parliament. He also said “Not a single step back!”
Khazaradze was formally charged by the Prosecutor’s Office on April 1 for failing to comply with the investigation commission. The charge is under Article 349 of the Georgian Criminal Code.
