**Russia Builds Strong Shelters for Planes in Crimea and Other Areas**
Russia is building strong shelters to protect its planes from being hit by Ukraine’s long-range missiles. This move comes after Ukraine got some powerful new weapons from the US.
**New Shelters Being Built**
Satellite images show that Russia is building ten shelters at various airfields, including one in occupied Crimea. These shelters are made of reinforced concrete and will give better protection to planes against big explosions.
**Other Airbases Also Getting Shelters**
Besides the Belbek airfield in Crimea, shelters are also being built at other airbases in Kursk, Akhtubinsk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Yeysk, Morozovsk, Millerovo, and Krymsk. This shows that Russia is taking steps to protect its planes from Ukraine’s growing strike capabilities.
**Ukraine’s New Abilities**
Ukraine has been getting more powerful weapons, including long-range missiles and drones. These can reach targets up to 300 kilometers away and are being used to disrupt Russian military operations and target supply lines.
