AHF reaches historic milestone: 2 million lives in care

Foundation (AHF), a non-profit organization dedicated to providing cutting-edge medicine to people of all income levels, has celebrated a significant milestone in its mission. 2 million lives have been saved by AHF.
“We are extremely proud to have reached this historic milestone. We never imagined that we would one day serve 2 million lives around the globe when we launched our global program more than 20 year ago in two African nations with 100 patients each. “It’s an honor and a testimony to the dedication and hardwork of our staff, volunteers, and partners who tirelessly work to make a positive difference in the lives those affected by HIV/AIDS each day”, said AHF President .
AHF Georgia will celebrate the achievement of 2 million lives saved by AHF on 23 July at Dedaena Park, Tbilisi. Snacks will be given to park visitors.
Daniel Reijer is the Europe Bureau Chief. “AHF’s milestone that it has reached 2 million lives in care, is a remarkable accomplishment and underscores its commitment to providing essential health services to those who are affected by HIV,” he said. This milestone is proof of the impact of AHF’s work in Europe, and highlights the importance for continued support of HIV care and treatment in the region.
AHF was founded in 1987 and has been at forefront of the global battle against HIV/AIDS ever since. It provides essential services, advocates for the cause, and offers innovative solutions to combat this pandemic. This important milestone highlights AHF’s unwavering dedication to improving the lives those affected by HIV/AIDS.

AHF has clinics and facilities in 47 countries, including , Asia, Americas and Europe. It continues to use innovative healthcare delivery models to expand the reach and impact of its services. It reaches communities that are in need of comprehensive medical care, testing, prevention and support services.
