Mamuka Mamdinaradze, leader of the majority in the parliament, and Aleko Elisashvili, leader of “Citizens”, physically confronted each other at the session of the Legal Committee.
Elisashvili smacked Mdinaradze in the head when he presented to the deputies the draft law on “Transparency of Foreign Influence” and called him “Russian”.
There is a lot of noise in the committee meeting because of the incident.
