**Russia’ Lipetsk Oblast Hit by Drone Attack**

A massive drone raid hit Russia’s Lipetsk Oblast on the night of Feb. 13, according regional governor Igor Artamonov. The attack targeted Novolipetsk Steel (NLMK), Russia’s largest steel mill.
