**Police Seize Clothes of Opposition Leader**
The police have taken the clothes of Giorgi Gakharia, leader of the opposition party Gakharia for Georgia. This is according to Ana Buchukuri, a top official in the party.
Gakharia was attacked in the city of Batumi last month. He suffered injuries including a broken nose and concussion. Police were called to the scene at the Sheraton Hotel where the attack took place.
Buchukuri says Gakharia will be questioned by police soon as part of an investigation into the attack on him. This is what she told reporters today.

There was also another confrontation in the same hotel involving a representative of a non-governmental organization and a member of parliament from the ruling party, Dimitri Samkharadze. The representative, Zviad Koridze, claims he was confronted by Samkharadze and his team.
