Ana Dolidze, a leader of the “For the People – Strong Georgia” party, has criticized the ruling Georgian Dream party for its strategy. In an interview on TV show “Day’s Newsroom”, she said that the opposition must be stronger to defeat the ruling party‘s plan to focus on geopolitics.

Dolidze stated that the opposition should not just present itself as stronger, but also address the real concerns of the Georgian people. She emphasized that the population has other problems besides politics, such as safety and economic issues.
**Ruling Party’s Agenda is a Trick**
The leader of “For the People” party said that the agenda proposed by the ruling party is a trick to distract from unresolved daily issues. She noted that the opposition parties should have a platform to defend the interests of their voters, but this does not exist in Georgia today.

Dolidze called on the opposition to mobilize its forces more effectively and not allow the ruling party to hijack the agenda. She emphasized that the real pain of the Georgian population lies in unresolved daily household matters, such as safety and economic issues.
**Demand Prosperity from Ruling Party**
Finally, Dolidze concluded that the public should demand prosperity from the ruling party, rather than being distracted by geopolitics. She noted that in a time of crisis, the main task is to hold new elections and free political prisoners.
