**Opposition Leaders Promise to Punish Perpetrators of International Crimes**
A leader of the “Strong Georgia” coalition, Ana Natsvlishvili, spoke out against the self-proclaimed regime in Georgia. She said that this group commits international crimes and will be held accountable.
Natsvlishvili stated that a group of 4 pro-Western politicians created a working format to ensure that those who committed violence against Georgian citizens are punished. She mentioned that thousands of victims have been identified, and the self-proclaimed regime has committed crimes under international law.
**Punishing Perpetrators**
The opposition leader emphasized that they will use all available international instruments to punish perpetrators and officials responsible for torture, repression, and persecution. Natsvlishvili said that specific evidence and victims’ testimonies will be submitted to the Council of Europe and the UN to hold these individuals accountable.
**Protecting Citizens**
Natsvlishvili assured citizens of Georgia that they will be protected, even if the self-proclaimed regime is still in power. She mentioned that the opposition group will continue to appeal to international bodies for help until a new government is elected and the law is restored in the country.
