At least 2 people were injured in a Russian strike near Kharkiv’s residential area

authorities reported that on November 5, Russia launched in Kharkiv, targeting a site near a residential area.
Oleh Syniehubov stated that two , aged 56 72, were injured at the scene and received medical attention.
The attack, which took place at around 5 pm, damaged a five-story building. The windows of the building’s second, third and fourth floors have been smashed. Kharkiv mayor said that cars near the building had also been damaged.
The emergency services continue to work on the scene.
Kharkiv, located in the northeastern part of Ukraine and less than 30 km from the Russian border has been the target of Russian attacks for the past two years.
In recent months, Moscow intensified its aerial strikes, often focusing on densely populated areas.
A Russian attack on October 28 damaged the Derzhprom Building (the State Industry Building), a historical landmark that has been protected by UNESCO since 2022.
At least 15 people were injured when Russia attacked a residential neighborhood in Kharkiv’s District on Nov. 3.
