According to Maksym Kozoytskyi, a car accident involving a Nova Poshta pickup truck, a passenger bus and other vehicles October 11 in Lviv Oblast killed at least 3 people and injured 35 others, including 6 children.
Kozytskyi stated that the wounded were being treated for injuries of various severity.
The accident happened near the village Chishky located about 80 kilometers (50miles) east of Lviv.
Kozytskyi stated that the passenger bus, which was emblazoned with the logo of popular transport company FlixBus ran from Warsaw to Odesa.
He added that the incident is currently being investigated by the law enforcement.
