The Government of Georgia has announced that internet will be available at Bakhvi Public school from today.
Open Net, in collaboration with the World Bank and the Government of Georgia, has developed the “Log in Georgia” project which provides access to broadband Internet in the regions.
Irakli Garibashvili visited the school today and noted that the project of universal Internetization in the country began in Ozurgeti Municipality and that as of today 29,000 citizens from 49 regional settlements are able to use various services.
“I am particularly happy that we are launching this important project today from Bakhvi Public Schools, where Internet is available to all students and teachers. Irakli Garibashvili said that the school was fully renovated a few months back and is equipped with all the necessary equipment for full-fledged learning, sports, health and safety.
