**Opposition Team Fights to Protect Votes**
After the elections, some people were busy making plans for a coalition government. Meanwhile, our team was fighting to protect votes and save citizens’ choices in courts, on the street, and even abroad.
According to Berdia Sichinava, a member of the “Gakharia for Georgia” party, their team is still working hard to protect voters’ rights. He responded to criticism from another group saying they weren’t seen at protests.
**Protecting Votes**
Sichinava said that while some were sitting in virtual government meetings, their team was busy protecting votes in courts and other agencies. He wrote on social media: “We are accountable only to the state, citizens’ interests, and our voters.”
The opposition team has been involved in various activities to protect votes, including protests and court sessions. Yesterday, they spent the whole day in court fighting for a summary protocol from the Central Election Commission.
**Continuous Protest**
At the same time, some of their team members were meeting with partners in Brussels, while others were participating in continuous 24-hour protests in Batumi, Zugdidi, and Tbilisi. Sichinava noted that citizens are not being captured on camera, possibly indicating a lack of media attention.
**Call to Action**
Sichinava urged voters to stay strong and patient, promising: “We will never disappoint you! Your voice strengthens us!” He called for intelligent actions to return the elections and save Georgia’s European future, rather than resorting to petty arguments and curses.
