Telephone Call Between Georgian and French Leaders
Bidzina Ivanishvili, a top leader in Georgia’s ruling party “Georgian Dream“, spoke with French President Emmanuel Macron. The conversation was held at the request of Mr. Macron.
According to reports from “Georgian Dream”, the two leaders talked about the situation in Georgia for one hour. They also agreed to stay in touch and follow up on their progress in the coming days.
Mr. Ivanishvili thanked Mr. Macron for his interest in helping Georgia and welcomed the idea of working together. The French President expressed regret over the current situation in Georgia and promised to help resolve it completely.
