Bloomberg reported that tankers carrying Russian LNG sanctioned by the have gathered together off Russia’s east coast, indicating Moscow’s struggle to sell the product due to Western restrictions.
The Western sanctions had caused shipping problems, which halted the commercial liquefication of Russian Arctic LNG 2.
