The coalition is set to meet at NATO Headquarters in Brussels on April 10 to discuss a plan for securing Ukraine in the event of a ceasefire. The deployment of European peacekeepers is being floated as a possible part of this plan, but it remains unclear whether the US will provide any level of support.
**Trump Administration Reticent About US Involvement**
The Trump administration has ruled out U.S. participation in the “reassurance force,” and officials in London and Paris are reportedly trying to convince Washington to at least provide airpower, intelligence support, or border surveillance as a backstop to the coalition’s efforts.

Despite these delays, Ukraine’s military remains the main pillar of deterrence against further Russian aggression. The Ukrainian military has been working closely with European and other partners to secure strategic facilities in the rear.

Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry has once again denounced the religious persecution carried out by Russia in occupied Ukrainian territories. The ministry accused Moscow of killing dozens of clergy members and damaging hundreds of churches.
