**Russian Flag Found Near Ukraine Border**
A Russian sabotage group planted a flag near the border in Ukraine’s Chernihiv Oblast. But this happened in an area called the “grey zone”, where there is no big Russian military presence.
This was confirmed by Andrii Demchenko, a spokesperson for Ukraine’s State Border Guard. He said that Russian troops did not launch a major attack in the region.
Demchenko also denied reports that Russian forces entered two settlements, Hremiach and Muravi, near the border. He said that these areas are isolated because of flooding and no one lives there.
**Ukraine’s Defense Forces in Control**
The Ukrainian defense forces have control over this area and are well-prepared to defend it. Demchenko said that Ukraine has the upper hand in this region.
