The district courts of Tetritskaro, Gori and Gori have issued decisions that the election administration is appealing. The Central Election Commission (CEC), reports that the district courts recently invalidated the results of 18 polling stations, including spots located in Tsalka District #25, and 13 spots in Tetritskaro District #26, The CEC declares this decision to be unfounded and will challenge it in court.
The CEC also appealed against a Gori district court decision that declared 15 polling stations in Gori District #32 as invalid. The CEC claims ballot confidentiality is guaranteed by a frame that prevents identification of voters, despite seven complaints being filed on the issue.
