**Protests in Tbilisi: Citizens Oppose Investigative Commission**
Citizens have gathered near the back entrance of Georgia’s Parliament to protest the work of a temporary investigative commission. The protesters are opposing the commission, which is investigating the government of the “National Movement”.
The protesters’ anger was directed at former state minister Goga Khundadze, who had just left the parliamentary commission. Khundadze was met with shouts and verbal confrontation by the citizens.
One protester said that Khundadze was being shielded by police while being insulted for his involvement in the “Mchedrioni” group. The protester also criticized former Minister of Justice Tea Tsulukiani, accusing her of being unpatriotic and lacking dignity.
The protesters are demanding a response to what they see as unfair treatment by the government and its officials.
