On Tuesday, representatives of Alt-Info TV Company (an online information portal) and the Conservative Party rallied in front of the State Security Service Building (SSSG).
They objected against the SSG’s summoning Beka Vardosanidze – a far–right blogger and activist with pro-Russian views – for questioning and inspection of his computer.
Zurab Makharadze, leader of the Conservative Party, said Vardosanidze criticized the Honorable Chairman Bidzina ivanishvili (GD) and called the developments a ‘political retribution.
The SSSG summoned Beka Vardosanidze in the investigation into a false allegation of terrorism.
The Security Service had earlier searched Vardosanidze’s garage and house, and seized electronic equipment.
