Kakha Kaladze reported on the completion of Zgvisubani Park at the municipal government meeting. Kaladze stressed the importance of recreational projects in the development of the city, noting that what was once a waste disposal site is now a huge park built with GEL 40 millions.
The park is divided into two sections via a bridge. It has two lakes, soccer and basketball courts as well as parking, a pet friendly area and a café.
The opening ceremony is scheduled for October 20th at 8pm, with Mgzavrebi performing on time.
