Coronavirus: Georgia records 761 new cases and 9 deaths

figures released by Georgia on Thursday show that 761 infections, 537 recoveries and 9 deaths were reported.
In the last 24 hours, 34 201 tests were conducted across the country. This includes 281 rapid tests as well as 13 920 PCRs.
The of Georgia, Tbilisi, recorded the highest number (434) of cases in the last 24 hour. This was followed by Samegrelo – Zemo Svaneti with 77 cases, and the Adjara Region with 67.
The new cases have been distributed according to region:

The daily test-positivity is 2.23%. It was 2.03% over the last 14 days.
The number of confirmed cases in the country since the outbreak of pandemic has reached 286,406, of which 276,084 recovered and 3849 people died.
Currently there are 6447 cases of infection active in the country. Of these, 2045 are being treated by hospitals.
