The appellate court found that “Fair Elections“, which had filed three appeals, was not satisfied and annulled the district court’s decision of Gori in regard to the counting of invalid votes of 15 precincts. The information is provided by “Fair Elections“.
On November 4, the Gori Court upheld the ISFED lawsuit regarding the recounting invalid ballots in fifteen precincts.
The Tbilisi Court of Appeal also hears the complaints of “My Voice”, the monitoring coalition, and the Association of Young Lawyers of Georgia. The Kutaisi Court of Appeal has already considered their cases. The results are expected today.
