court in Novi Sad, Serbia, has refused order the detention of three people involved in a deadly awning collapse at the city’ main railway station.

The in Novi Sad did not agree with the prosecution’s demand to detain former Goran Vesic and two others. They were indicted their role in the collapse that killed 15 people.

The court, however, extended the arrest order for all three individuals. Ten other people mentioned in the indictment will also remain under detention.

This decision was made by a panel of judges at the Higher Court in Novi Sad. The prosecution had filed the indictment December .
